Advisement

Undergraduate advising

Students in the department of geography, geology and planning are assigned a faculty advisor by the department when they declare their major. If you need assistance in getting assigned an advisor, contact the department, located in Temple Hall 354.

We recommend that you meet with your advisor at least once a semester until you graduate. Until you have completed 75 hours, you will need to meet with your advisor each semester to be released to register for classes.

You can access your advisor's information through the Academics tab on My Missouri State.
